Columbus, OH- Peregrine falcon enthusiasts worldwide will decide the name of the falcon chick in downtown Columbus, between Wednesday, May 8th and Monday, May 13th, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Wildlife.
Online voting will take place on the Division of Wildlife’s Web page at www.wildohio.com, click on Name the Falcon Chick.  The top name will be assigned to the lone falcon nestling living on a 41st floor ledge of the Rhodes State Office Tower.
 

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) received 224 sightings reported from an estimated 93 black bears in 2012. Sixty-five of the 224 sightings reported were confirmed by ODNR Division of Wildlife personnel.
