Ryan Frazee is the Chief of the Office of Budget and Finance. Prior to serving as chief, he was the Assistant Chief of the Office of Budget and Finance for four years. He previously worked as budget coordinator for the Ohio Secretary of State’s office, a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate, and as a field representative for Congressman David Hobson.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Ohio Fiscal Professional. He is also a member of the Ohio Government Finance Officers Association.
A Cincinnati native, Ryan is a proud husband and father of three who enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, as well as going camping and fishing.
