Steve Van Fossen is Chief of General Services and has worked at ODNR since 2004. His previous positions at the department include security guard, mail service and records supervisor, and grounds and housekeeping supervisor before assuming his current position in 2016. Prior to ODNR, Steve served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a steel fabricator and ironworker.

A native of Dumont, NJ, Steve has visited 31 countries and enjoys home improvement projects, making furniture, and rooting for the Buckeyes in his free time.
