Toni Brokaw-Farmer has served as ODNR’s Chief of Human Resources since 2019. Toni holds a master’s degree in business administration from Franklin University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Prior to ODNR, she served as Director of Human Resources at Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services, Chief Human Resource Officer at the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation and Deputy Director of the Human Resources Division at the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.

A native of Circleville, Toni enjoys camping and boating on Lake Erie, vacationing in warm places, and international travel.
