Caesar Creek State Park Campground

Lake Level Lowered/Docks Removed: Winter drawdown begins Sept 1 for Caesar Creek Lake. Wellman Boat Ramp Docks will be removed for maintenance October 31st. Courtesy Docks will be available at the North Pool Boat Ramp. 
NOTICE: Caesar Creek Campground: Campground Loops E & F Sites 136-287 are currently closed due to an electrical upgrade project.
Sites will remain closed and will only open as the construction timeframe / supply allows. Loops A, B, C, & D Sites 1 – 137 are available to reserve. Thank you for your patience.

Reservations are required and may be made up to six months in advance online or by calling (866) 644-6727.

A Camp Store offers supplies, firewood, ice, concessions, novelties, and kayak rental seasonally.


The campground features mostly shady and partially shady sites with Electric or Full Hookup sites. Pets are permitted on all sites. [Driving Directions]

Equestrian Camp

The park offers a horse camp with 30 non-electric sites. It is located off Furnas-Oglesby Road on the west side of the lake [Driving Directions]. Camping is only permitted on designated campsites.

Boat Camp Areas

The park also offers two boat camp areas. One is located just north of the Wellman boat ramp and the other is located just south of the campground boat ramp.
