The Ohio Boating Education Course (OBEC) is taught by officers throughout the state of Ohio. Instructors teach on topics such as

• know your boat

• before getting underway

• operating safely

• legal requirements

• boating emergencies

• water sports.

This class fulfills the Ohio's mandatory boater education law requirements.

Class meets for 8 hours on one day; a test is administered at the end of the day.

Preregistration is required.

There is no charge for this class & lunch will be provided. Please bring something to write with.
