How to submit a complaint to DMRM

To report an emergency, follow the Report an Emergency contacts/instructions.

You may submit a non-emergency complaint or report an alleged regulatory mining-related violation to the Division of Mineral Resources Management, either by email or phone.

The Division of Mineral Resources Management follows up on complaints. The complaint is directed to the most appropriate program/section or may be referred to another regulatory agency when appropriate.
