Location and Description   

Liberty Wildlife Area is a 146-acre state wildlife area located 7 miles northeast of Beaver. The property is in Jackson county.

History and Purpose   

Acquisition of the Liberty Wildlife Area began in 1956.  The property was acquired using multiple state funds.
