The beginning of October ushers in an array of colors as Ohio begins its annual fall color transformation. According to the Division of Forestry, some fall colors will always develop slowly in pockets around the state typically beginning in the north. Look for the Buckeye tree to turn early and for Cottonwoods and sycamores to transition to yellow leaves soon after.
